With two Certified Consulting Meteorologists that have over 25 years of professional experience each, high quality expert analysis and testimony is provided on a cost-effective basis. David Sullivan has been deposed and testified on numerous air quality related cases as well as injury and death cases associated with weather-related events.

 

Examples of Air Quality Legal Cases

  • Rocky Mountain Arsenal Federal case (Basin F, Remediation Air Quality Impacts). Mr. Sullivan was the air quality expert selected by the Colorado Attorney General’s office in a case involving the state of California and the U.S. Department of Justice.

  • Class action lawsuit involving lead smelting. David Sullivan served as the air quality expert for the plaintiffs in the class certification hearing, including providing testimony at a deposition and court testimony.

  • Chlorine release at industrial facility in the southeast. David Sullivan testified in court regarding expected exposures associated with an accidental release at a chemical facility.

  • Air quality incident at a major metropolitan area in Louisiana. Mr. Sullivan conducted an air quality analysis of airborne exposures on a metropolitan scale associated with a chemical release resulting from a barge accident.

  • Two cases involving tornadoes allegedly causing personal injury. The staff of Sullivan Environmental provided a deposition and court testimony.
